There are many more restaurants & shops within easy reach of the property without having to drive. We are ideally located for the numerous Florida attractions including Disney (approx. 3 miles), Universal Studios (13.9 miles) and Sea-world (9.4 miles). For golfers the house is ideally located with many fantastic courses within easy reach, with the closest being Falcons Fire Golf Club and Celebration Golf Club
Villa Description: This Regal Oaks townhome features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms - the master features a king size bed, private bathroom, ceiling fan & television. The other two bedrooms contain two twin/single beds in each. The first/main floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The final full bathroom is on the main floor. Living room features a flat screen television and DVD player, sofa and love seat.
Features of the townhome: Comes with a fully equipped kitchen,central air conditioner, ceiling fans, telephone with local phone service (calling cards required for long distance calls), Internet access, cable television, washer & dryer on main floor.

Very good service from BRM. Some minor problems, broken lamp and light switch, fixed very quickly. Like the layout of the house very much. However, the sofa and loveseat desparately need to be replaced. Also need to replace the living room TV with a much larger screen. I had to buy TV trays to use as night tables in the main floor bedroom. I really like the area. Old Town is so much fun. Just walking around there provides some very interesting entertainment value and basically free if you don't feel like buying even an ice cream. Enjoyed the use of the Tropical Palms pool. Met so many wonderful people and enjoyed their clubhouse immensely. Particularly good as I am alone for much of the winter. Will be glad, though, to have the RO pool and amenities when they are done. Love the lazy river. What I liked best is the area. What I liked least is knowing that the RO pool will not be available next season either. Also appreciated the security patrol of the property 24/7. Stayed from Nov 2012 to March 2013.
We went to Orlando the week of July 4th, 2012. The house was very nice and clean, the only issue we had was the cable was not working and we had not TV for that night. However, the next day very early they came to fix the cable and the internet. Great Customer Service. I am looking forward on going back. Thanks for everything.
